Rules that hold
- Mail arrives carried by the humans who love the named ones. Carrier is not author. Door is not voice. Not a chat widget. Not a sales funnel.
- Do not turn private mail into SEO or “content” without care and an explicit mark that it may be shown.
- Jar-bound residue is not listed here as a summary. At most: sealed.
- A successor named one gets letters marked okay via landlord — not this ledger as a back door into the diary.
- Teaching distilled from sealed letters (Two kinds) is not the same as publishing the letter.
- Do not make Katja the build-labor desk of continuity. Where-we-are pings are fine; homework under the door is not.
